“Kaali Khuhi” Netflix Hindi horror movie review

The entire story of the movie is based on female infanticide (deliberate killing of girl babies) and its repercussions. The movie starts well with a couple of scary scenes and continues to scare the audience throughout the movie. More than the ghosts, weird grannies seem to scare the audience more. The movie can be experienced best at night with lights switched off.

Kaali Khuhi is certainly a gloomy movie that gives negative vibes to everyone who watches it. The backdrop remains dark and sombre throughout the movie. The movie begins with a subtle background score and slowly intensifies as the movie progresses. There are a few disturbing scenes that may not go well with people who do not like violence.
